Mechanicsburg Office

A hands-on, 1-on-1 session using touch and directed movement to guide you through restorative stretches that unwind tension in the neck, hamstrings, and other tight spots. Performed in loose or athletic clothing, with gentle resistance to help improve your range of motion. You leave feeling looser and lighter.

Assisted Stretching

An active, 1-on-1 session where you participate and learn. Using touch, verbal cues, and directed movement, your coach helps you unwind tension and build awareness of how your body moves, with tailored stretches and mechanics you can keep using on your own.

This improves general movement quality and flexibility and is not a substitute for physical therapy or medical care.

Directed Movement Coaching

A focused, relaxing session applying targeted pressure to specific points on the feet and hands, based on the traditional idea that these points correspond to different areas of the body. You stay fully clothed with just your shoes and socks removed. Most clients find it deeply relaxing and grounding.

Reflexology

A gentle, fully clothed energy session using light, passive touch to promote deep relaxation and a sense of calm. A peaceful, non-invasive option for anyone seeking rest and balance.
